Siglec-3 Recombinant Protein

91-401 0.05 mg
EUR 556.8
Description: CD33 is a type I Lectin belonging to the Ig superfamily. CD33 contains an N terminal Ig like V type domain, which mediates sialic acid binding, followed by one Ig like C2 type domain, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic tail containing two conserved immunoreceptor tyrosine based inhibition motifs (ITIMs). Eleven human Siglecs have been characterized. Siglecs 5 to 11 share a high degree of sequence similarity with CD33/Siglec3 both in their extracellular and intracellular regions. They are collectively referred to as CD33 related Siglecs. CD33 related Siglecs have differential expression pattern within the hematopoietic system. They are involved in the regulation of cellular activation within the immune system. Siglec 3 expression is restricted to cells of myelomonocytic lineage. Siglec3 recruits SHP1 and SHP2 to its ITIMs upon phosphorylation.

Siglec-3 Recombinant Protein

92-412 0.05 mg
EUR 651.3
Description: Mouse myeloid cell surface antigen CD33(CD33) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC (sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin) family. CD33 contains one Ig-like C2-type domain and one Ig-like V-type domain. CD33 is a putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. CD33 preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. In the immune response, CD33 may act as an inhibitory receptor upon ligand induced tyrosine phosphorylation by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatase(s) via their SH2 domain(s) that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules. CD33 induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia. CD33 is becoming increasingly important as a target of antibody-mediated therapy in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).

Siglec-10 Recombinant Protein

11-190 0.1 mg
EUR 714.3
Description: The siglecs (sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectins) are a distinct subset of the Ig superfamily with adhesion-molecule-like structure. We describe here a novel member of the siglec protein family that shares a similar structure including five Ig-like domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic tail containing two ITIM-signaling motifs. Siglec-10 was identified through database mining of an asthmatic eosinophil EST library. The Siglec-10-VAP-1 interaction seems to mediate lymphocyte adhesion to endothelium and has the potential to modify the inflammatory microenvironment via the enzymatic end products.

Siglec-9 Recombinant Protein

11-268 0.1 mg
EUR 714.3
Description: siglec-9 (HGMW-approved symbol SIGLEC9) a member of the sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin (Siglec) family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF). SIGLEC9 shows a high degree of homology to many members of the siglec family, including siglec-7 (80%), siglec-8 (72%), siglec-5 (65%), and CD33 (64%). This high degree of homology is also conserved in the extracellular Ig-like domains. They are characterized by an N-terminal Ig-like V-type domain which mediates sialic acid binding, followed by varying numbers of Ig-like C2-type domains。Siglec-9 with a hydrophobic signal peptide, an N-terminal Ig-likeV-type domain, two Ig-like C2-type domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic tail.

Recombinant Human MMP-3 Protein

PROTP08254-3 10ug
EUR 380.4
Description: Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a family of endoproteases that require zinc and calcium for expressing catalytic activity. These enzymes play a central role in the maintenance and remodeling of the extracellular matrix. Elevated expression of their activity, caused either by up-regulation of their expression or down-regulation of their cognate inhibitors, has been implicated in various degenerative disorders, including arthritis, cardiovascular disease, skeletal growth-plate disorders, and cancer metastasis. MMP-3 degrades fibronectin, laminin, collagens III, IV, and X, and cartilage proteoglycans. Recombinant human MMP-3 is a 42.8 kDa protein containing the entire catalytic N-terminal domain and the C-terminal domain (378 amino acids).

Siglec-1 / CD169 Recombinant Protein

11-194 0.1 mg
EUR 714.3
Description: Alternate names for sialoadhesin include siglec-1 and CD169 (cluster of differentiation 169). Since sialoadhesin binds sialic acids with its N-terminal IgV-domain, it is also a member of the SIGLEC family. It is defined as an I-type lectin, since it contains 17 immunoglobulin (Ig) domains (one variable domain and 16 constant domains), and thus also belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF). Since sialoadhesin binds sialic acids with its N-terminal IgV-domain, it is also a member of the SIGLEC family. Acts as an endocytic receptor mediating clathrin dependent endocytosis. Macrophage-restricted adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to lymphocytes, including granulocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells, B-cells and CD8 T-cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3-linked sialic acid. Binds to SPN/CD43 on T-cells.

MAG / Siglec-4a Recombinant Protein

11-288 0.1 mg
EUR 651.3
Description: Myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG), a nervous system cell adhesion molecule, is an I-type lectin that binds to sialylated glycoconjugates, including gangliosides bearing characteristic structural determinants. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3-linked sialic acid. Binds ganglioside Gt1b. Adhesion molecule that mediates interactions between myelinating cells and neurons by binding to neuronal sialic acid-containing gangliosides and to the glycoproteins RTN4R and RTN4RL2. Protection against apoptosis is probably mediated via interaction with neuronal RTN4R and RTN4RL2. In dorsal root ganglion neurons the inhibition is mediated primarily via binding to neuronal RTN4R or RTN4RL2 and to a lesser degree via binding to neuronal gangliosides. In cerebellar granule cells the inhibition is mediated primarily via binding to neuronal gangliosides. In sensory neurons, inhibition of neurite extension depends only partially on RTN4R, RTN4RL2 and gangliosides.

Siglec-2 / CD22 Recombinant Protein

11-455 0.1 mg
EUR 651.3
Description: B-cell receptor CD22 is also known as Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 2 (Siglec-2), B-lymphocyte cell adhesion molecule (BL-CAM), T-cell surface antigen Leu-14, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC (sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin) family. CD22 mediates B-cell B-cell interactions, and may be involved in the localization of B-cells in lymphoid tissues. Siglec-2 / CD22 binds sialylated glycoproteins, one of which is CD45. Siglec2 / CD22 plays a role in positive regulation through interaction with Src family tyrosine kinases and may also act as an inhibitory receptor by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatases via their SH2 domains that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules.
